Chilean Salad

Traditional Chilean Salad.

For 4 portions.

Ingredients

2 tomatoes
1/2 onion
1/4 cup of fresh cilantro
2 tablespoon of olive oil
salt to taste


Preparation

Wash, peel and cut the tomatoes length-wise.
Peel and cut the onion in juliane (long and very thin cuts)
Set the onion in warm water with salt for 15 minutes.
Then drain the onion and squeeze it a little under warm water.
Mix the tomatoe with the onion.
Add olive oil, salt and a little chopped cilantro.

You can add a little of green chili and black pepper.
