For 2 portions.
1 medium size avocado
3 celery stalks
1/2 teaspoon of olive oil
Wash, boil, and cut up the egg.
Wash, peel the celery (remove the string), and cut into small pieces.
Peel and pit the avocado. Cut into small pieces.
Dress the salad with olive oil, lemon and salt.
Instead of adding egg to this salad, you can add chopped nuts or red peppers. But I prefer eggs.
